Gecko's is currently listed on loopnet.com for $749,000 for the building, bar and all the equipment inside the bar.

But for that price, you are getting more than just the bar. You would be the owner of the building of the bar, so if you don't want to run the bar yourself, you could have someone else do it and collect the rent. The bar was fully remodeled in 2020.

The building also has three apartments above the bar that could be rented out or changed over to office space.

The building is located at 1434 Hertel Ave and Gecko's has been in operation for over 20 years. Free parking for 40 vehicles is available next to the bar and is run by the City of Buffalo.

The building is located in a bust area and is near many major businesses like Bank of America, Starbucks, Keybank, Five Guys, and Tim Horton's.

A proposal to tear down the building and renovated the property was proposed in 2021 but nothing ever came of that renovation project.
