2.  Dump the bad carbs.

3. Say Bye Bye to the Martini's

4. Change up the exercise. Run one day and play tennis the next

5. Try Interval training.

6. Strength train. . Each pound of muscle burns about 50 calories a day at rest.

7. Drink Water. The benefits are endless

8. Exercise for more than 30 minutes every day.

9. Use a heart rate monitor

10. Get everyone else on board. It's hard to loose when your husband is eating a slice of your favorite pizza
