The Bills are heading down the final stretch of their season needing to almost win the rest of their games to make the playoffs.  Making this feat more difficult is the absence of some key players due to injury.  It is all hands on deck at this point, but one of their biggest 'hands' might miss the game because his first child is about to be born.

Charles Clay, the Bills star and extremely well paid Tightend, did not fly to Oakland with the team because his first child may be born.  Charles makes over 7 million dollars a year, and the Bills are desperate for not only receivers but also a win.

How do you feel about this?  Should he feel obligated to play or is child birth a good excuse to miss?  Should this be one of the things you miss as a high paid athlete?
