Temperatures will be in the teens but wind gusts of 15 to 20 miles per hour will drop the wind chill to below 0 for parts of Western New York.
The temperature this morning will be around 16 degrees for most of Western New York.The high today will only reach around 25 degrees today with some scattered snow showers for most of the area.
Wind Chills this morning are brutally cold. Place like Little Valley, Wellsville, and Jamestown are dealing with wind chills in the negatives. Other places in Western New York are dealing with single digit wind chill temperatures.
