A Cool Million For the Perfect Game Once Again!

A million-dollar prize awaits the individual who can pitch a perfect game -- video game. 

2K Sports ' Perfect Game Challenge is back again this year!  One-million-dollars will be awarded to the first player to throw a verified perfect game in the upcoming MLB 2K11 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

There are few changes in the rules this year.  Younger gamers can now vie for a shot at the prize, as the age restriction has been cut from 18 and up to 13 and up this year.

The other big change is that the challenge will start on April 1st, which coincides with Major League Baseball's Opening Day. It's also a good three weeks after the game's March 8th launch date, giving players some time to get used to the refined pitch controls.

Las year it didn't take long for someone to nab the prize.  24-year-old Wade McGilberry won last year's contest by hurling a perfect game -- that's zero hits, runs or walks -- on the very first day of competition.
