4 “Big Money” Winning Powerball Tickets Sold In New York

It was a VERY lucky Wednesday for Powerball players in New York State.

The New York State Lottery announced that there were four "Big Money" winning tickets sold in New York from Wednesday's Powerball drawing including a 2nd place-winning ticket

That ticket matched all five numbers but missed out on the Powerball. The good news is that the ticket did have the "Powerplay" which doubled the prize amount, so that ticket won $2 million dollars.

The ticket was sold at the 7-11 at 8000 Main Street in Buffalo, New York.

Three other "Big Money" winning tickets were sold as well. Each one of those tickets matched four out of five numbers and had the Powerball. They each won the 3rd place prize of $50,000.

Wednesday's winning Powerball numbers were: 4-27-44-50-64 with a Powerball of 07.
