37th Annual Canal Fest Of The Tonawandas Is In Full Swing
Canal Fest kicked off Sunday marking its 37th year. What exactly is Canal Fest ?
An eight day, event filled, outdoor festival along the banks of the Historic Erie Barge Canal in the Cities of North Tonawanda & Tonawanda. An event that the whole family can enjoy!
My good friend and colleague Dale Mussen formerly of sister-station WYRK, (Dale just recently retired) is the Grand Marshall of this year's parade.
The two and one-half hour parade, one of the largest in New York State is TONIGHT, JULY 16 6:30 pm from Grove to Webster Streets proceeding Tonawanda to N. Tonawanda.
You can find the daily schedule of events for this year's Fest here.
