31-Year-Old Found Shot in Buffalo’s Theatre District [VIDEO]

Buffalo police are investigating a weekend shooting that left a 31-year-old in critical condition.

The victim was found shot outside of his vehicle in a parking lot at Chippewa and Pearl Streets early Sunday morning. He was transported to ECMC.
