Buffalo’s Tallest Building Is Up for Sale [VIDEO]

The tallest building in Buffalo, NY, is up for sale once again!

Just four months after Pyramid Brokerage purchased the One Seneca Tower for $28 million at an auction; they have issued a "first call for offers."

One Seneca Tower is 38-stories tall and emptied out after HSBC left. The $94-million debt on the property has been satisfied, and an attorney for Pyramid Brokerage said that more than twenty investors have shown interest in the property.

Bids are due by February 22; and if one is accepted, the sale could be completed by the end of April.
