Yesterday might have been one of the nicest days weather-wise so far this year across New York State.

Most of the state was bathed in sunshine and very warm temperatures. In fact several new record highs were recorded across the state yesterday.

Buffalo just missed their record high of 80, which was set in 1969. The temperature at the Buffalo Airport got up to 78 degrees. In Rochester, it was slightly warmer and the "Flower City" ended up tying their record high of 79.

  In Albany, they tied their record high for April 9th when the temps got up to 77.  

All that will change over the next couple of days across the state.

We are looking at a massive cold front to bring some rain to the state as well as a drop in the temperatures through the weekend.
