It looks like we are dodging a massive snowstorm here in Western New York, but we still see widespread snow in the region.

A major Nor'easter is expected to impact the Eastern part of New York, with a blizzard warning in place for New York City.

Here in Western New York, we won't have to dig out major snowfall, but we could see several inches of snow between today and the middle of the week. Snow is expected

Lake Effect Snow Possible For Western New York

With temperatures expected to drop well below freezing, we could end up seeing possible lake effect snow for parts of Western New York.

There is a Winter Storm Warning in place for Chautauqua County, where up to 7 inches of snow is possible before Monday afternoon.  

So far this winter, we have received over 80 inches of snow in Buffalo, which is around 10 inches more than normal for this time of year.
