Who Ever Heard of Cat Cycling [VIDEO]

We have seen dogs riding on boats and jet skis (I have seen both of those personally) but a cat on a bicycle?

I am not exactly sure how this guy got his cat to stay on the bicycle, but after watching this Yahoo video I have two questions. Is it good or bad when a cat 'twitches' its tail, and where the heck did that cat get that HAT?
