Western New York Goat Farm Needs Your Christmas Trees
You will see them everywhere over the next couple of weeks.
Old Christmas trees lining the curbs all across Western New York. People are now starting to take down their Christmas decorations and move on to the next holiday.
While most Western New Yorkers will just place their tree out at the curb for their town or city to pick up, this year you could transform your tree into a treat.
The local goat farm "Let's Goat Buffalo" is looking for old Christmas trees to use as special treats for the goats on their farm.

Christmas trees make for a great snack for goats because the pine needles are like tasty treats.
Also, there are plenty of health benefits for goats to munch on Christmas trees.
Christmas trees are full of vitamin C, antioxidants, minerals, and trace minerals. The sap from the treat helps with goat digestion and since goats are foragers, they can become bored. Having Christmas trees around the farm allows the goats to be active and search for food.
If you want to drop off your Christmas for the goats you can leave it by the big mailbox in from of "Let's Goat Buffalo". They are located at 7512 Genesee Road in Springville.
They will be collecting trees through the month of January and will also be hosting a special open house on the farm coming up on January 19th. You will have a chance to meet some of the goats that will be enjoying your tasty treats.
