Hamburg Restaurant “Hidden Gem” Of Western New York

Whether you are looking for a juicy burger for lunch or roasted duck and surf and turf for dinner, the Waterstone Grill in Hamburg is a must-try restaurant.

My wife Elizabeth and I had the chance to dine there earlier this week, and it was a great experience. From the host to our waitress and even the chef who came out to ask how everything was, the staff is just as incredible as the food.

I started off my dinner with a bowl of Lobster Bisque, which was tasty and creamy. The warm bread they brought out went perfectly with it, too. I had the roasted duck, which was cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy on the outside and tender and full of flavor on the inside.

My wife had the surf and turf, which was steak and shrimp on top of a bed of rice. The flavors were amazing, and the cook on the steak was perfect.

We finished off dinner with some Peabut Butter pie, which was the best way to end a great evening out.

Waterstone Grill Daily Deals

The Waterstone Grill is open for lunch and dinner and offers daily deals as well. They include kids eat free on Mondays along with 1/2 off appetizers. They have crab legs on Tuesday, and Wine deals on Wednesday.

They also offer a special four-course meal for two, Monday through Thursday, for just $59.
