According to a posting on TMZ Sports, the lawsuit that was filed by Miller's ex-girlfriend has been dismissed.
Miller was being sued by a former girlfriend who claims that Miller showed an explicit picture taken with her to two other people without her consent. According to TMZ Sports, the court documents show that the case was officially tossed out with prejudice on Wednesday.
The lawsuit first became public knowledge last month when the lawsuit was filed by a woman who chose to remain anonymous. According to the court documents. the woman claimed Miller sent the picture to the first celeb and then 3 minutes later sent the same picture to another celebrity with a derogatory statement.
Miller signed a 6-year $120 million dollar deal with the Bills this off-season. Bills Mafia had a first chance to see the new signing in action this week as the Buffalo Bills kicked off OTAs.
Miller is an eight-time Pro Bowl selection, who also won three first-team All-Pro honors and was named to the second-team All-Pro honors four times. As of this year, he has the most career sacks of any active player in the NFL.
