Unseasonably Cool Weather Predicted Through Mid-May
The last few days could only be described as gray, and gave us little reason for optimism, but it is May, and things should be getting better right? Well eventually...
Expect a mostly sunny Thursday, but readings will remain below average. Get used to this, because an unseasonably cool pattern is setting up through the middle of May. High clouds will mix with the sunshine for this afternoon, but we will stay dry.

Spotty showers accompany cool weather Friday with perhaps a few wet flakes mixed in on the hills later in the day.. Saturday should be mainly dry, just a chance of a shower. Mother’s Day looks continues to look drier for most areas, with rain passing just south of us. Buffalo should stay mainly dry, but a few showers are likely across the Southern Tier. Readings remain cool in the 50s this weekend. NEWS 4 (WIVB) Meteorologists forecast plenty of sunshine early next week, but on the cold side... temperatures will stay about 10 degrees below average. This pattern will start to break towards the end of next week.
