“Big Money” Winning Mega Millions Tickets Sold In New York

Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing turned out to be lucky for a couple of lottery players in New York State.

The New York State Lottery announced that two "Big Money" winning tickets were sold in New York State. Each one of those tickets matched four out of five numbers and also had the Megaball. One of those tickets also had the Megaplier which was 3x the prize amount. One ticket won $10,000 while the other ticket won $30,000.

Tuesday's winning Mega Million numbers were: 14-31-48-57-64 with a Megaball of 09

No one claimed the grand prize from last night's drawing so Friday's Mega Millions jackpot is up to $47 million dollars.

This was the second straight night of multiple lottery winners. There were three "Big Money" winning tickets sold from Monday's Powerball drawing in New York.
