This Is The Best Steak In Western New York

I love to eat, and I love trying new food when I am out and about, and I think I might have found the most unique cut of steak you can get in Western New York, and it is DELICIOUS!

The other day, my wife and I went out on a nice date night to The Western Door Steakhouse inside the Seneca Niagara Casino. We had been there once before, and we loved the atmosphere, and we decided to head out there again.

Apparently, we had good timing, because we were talking with George, the manager, and he told us that they just switched up their menu and were offering a new cut of steak. It was a 14oz Bison strip, and it was amazing.

This was the first time that I tried bison, and I will say the flavor was amazing. It has a different taste than a regular cut of steak and the seasoning and cook on my steak was perfect.

My wife wasn't so adventurous, so George steered towards the Bone-in Ribeye, which he said was the most commonly ordered steak at the restaurant.

We had oysters for an appetizer, and each ordered an extra with our steaks. I had the lobster tail, and my wife had the scallops. We both wished we ordered more, because they were amazing.

Our server Kathy suggested we finish off the night with a creme burle and their cappuccino cake, which both hit the spot and were delicious.
