While there will be a massive improvement in the weather for most of New York State heading into the weekend, some parts of the state are still dealing with severe winter weather.
Today will start off with some hot and humid weather but a cold front is expected to bring some unsettled weather with a risk of severe weather tonight and into Wednesday.
Nasty weather is set to return to Western New York. The National Weather Service in Buffalo is warning of possible strong thunderstorms and a slight risk of tornados across the region.
