Almost everyone is focused on the end of the school year and the beginning of Summer Vacation. The teachers, students, health and maintenance staff...but one person, in particular, is already thinking about Fall, and that is Buffalo Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kriner Cash who just announced that Buffalo Public Schools are returning to normal next school year.
The Buffalo Board of Education announced that it is moving forward with a plan to bring some students back into classrooms within weeks according to a story aired on WIVB-TV.
WKBW-TV is reporting that in what Buffalo Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Kriner Cash describes as "the most important recommendation in his career", Wednesday night telling the Buffalo School Board that he is recommending all Buffalo schools start the year remotely.
In line with the State of Emergency in Erie County...all Erie County schools are closed until April 20. That’s more than a month during which thousands of families will have to figure out childcare.
