Casey Abrams can now call Paul McCartney “labelmate.” The hirsute sixth-place finisher in last year’s ‘American Idol’ competition has inked a deal with Concord Music Group, which is home to former Beatle McCartney as well as Carole King and Rush.

American Idol's seven final contestants took the stage last night performing hits from the 21st century.  The audience was buzzing after Casey Abrams sang Maroon 5's "Harder To Breathe" and then stole a kiss from Jennifer Lopez.

Two contestants were sent packing last night on "American Idol", but first season three winner Fantasia Barrino, was on hand to perform her latest single "Collard Greens and Cornbread."

"American Idol" took on Elton John last night. Casey Abrams delivered a solid performance after being "saved" from elimination last week by the judges. But the best performance of the night was a bit of a surprise!

The evening started with Stevie Wonder singing Happy Birthday to one of the judges, and ended with a dramatic "save!"
