Uh Oh! Snow Is Coming Back To Western New York

Yikes..it looks like we are not done with snow here in Western New York. Just days after we hit 60 and 70 for high temperatures, the current cold front is set to bring back a familiar sight to the 716....SNOW!

Snow Showers Are Back In The Forecast For Western New York

I was really hoping not to have to write the word snow again until at least October of 2026, but here we are. The current weather front that cooled us down from Saturday is also changing the rain into snow for Western New York.

We are looking at widespread snow with some areas in the 716 getting enough snow that you might have to grab that snow brush and shovel and do some work before work.

The good news is that kids won't have to stand in the snow for school, since more schools are off this week for Easter Break. The better news is we are only going to have to deal with the snow for one day.

Snow is expected late Monday night through Tuesday evening. After that, we are back to rain with a warm-up set for Wednesday.

The high on Wednesday is expected to be around 50 with mostly sunny skies, so it looks like none of the snow from Tuesday will stick around.

The rest of the week looks like it will be warm enough to keep the snow at bay, but more rain is expected to wrap up the week.
