If you are doing your holiday shopping this week and plan on shipping out some of those gifts, time is running out.

The major shipping companies Fed Ex, UPS, and Amazon along with the United States Postal service have put out the dates you need to ship your items in order to get there by Christmas.

This year, Christmas is on a Sunday, which means you should plan on having things shipped out and arriving by Saturday, December 24th.

Of course, the longer you wait to ship the more expensive it will be. Also, you can expect to pay more for shipping to the increase in fuel and other transportation supplies.

Express Saver Must Ship by December 20th
2nd Day Must Ship by December 21st
Overnight and Priority Overnight Must Ship by December 22nd
Same day Service Must Ship by December 23rd

Ground Service Must Ship by December 14th
3-Day Select Must Ship by December 20th
2nd Day Air Must Ship by December 21st

Retail Ground Service Must Ship by December 17th
First Class Mail Must Ship by December 17th

Free Shipping Must Be Shipped by December 15th
