
Shane Gillis Set New Record At KeyBank Center
This past weekend, a record number of Western New Yorkers had a chance to laugh at one of the biggest comics in the world right now.
Comedian Shane Gillis was at KeyBank Center on Saturday night, and he proceeded not only to sell out KeyBank Center, but he also set a new record.
What Record Did Shane Gillis Break In Western New York?
At the end of the show, it was announced that Gillis set a new record for a stand-up comedian at KeyBank Center. With an attendance of 19,129 people, no other comedian has had that many people at one show at KeyBank Center.
Gillis is not the only person to set a new record at KeyBank Center this year. Chances are, you might have been part of another one as well.

The Buffalo Bandits set a new NLL record for average attendance this season. The Bandits average over 18,500 people at their home games with a total of over 500,000 people this season to set a new NLL record.
In fact, the lowest attended Bandit game was still more than the highest attendance at any other NLL game. The Bandits also have home-field advantage in the NLL Championship.
Tickets to Game 1 go on sale on Tuesday, May 6th at 10 am.
