New York Fast Food Chain Set To Open First Store In Canada
It looks like Canada will be getting a taste of the United States this summer.
New York based fast-food chain Shake Shack has officially announced it will be opening its first location ever in Canada this summer.

Shake Shack first opened in New York City in 2004 as a hot dog cart with a mission to raise money to fund a public art project.
Since then it has become one of the fastest-growing fast-food restaurants in the county. It expanded outside New York City for the 1st time in 2010 and now currently owns over 400 location world-wide.

This new location at located at the corner of Yonge and Dundas in Toronto and is considered one of the biggest corners in all of Canada.

Besides offering all their traditional burgers, fries, and hotdogs, the new store in Canada will also have a Canadian-themed Maple Salted Pretzel Shake, which blends the classic vanilla frozen custard with Canadian maple syrup. This milkshake will only be available in the new Toronto location.
This location is the 1st of 35 total Shake Shacks that are expected to open across Canada by 2035.
