Another round of severe weather is heading our way in Western New York.

After a weekend of summer-like weather, rain and thunderstorms are expected to move slowly across Western New York this afternoon, bringing possible flooding to areas of Western New York.

Flood Watch Issued In Western New York

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for much of Western New York ahead of the afternoon storms. The watch is in place for Monroe, Wayne, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Southern Erie counties.

The Flood Watch is in place starting at 2 pm until this evening.

Sunshine Returns To Western New York Tomorrow

As we get through this severe weather risk today, the sunshine will be back in the 716 tomorrow and on Wednesday. We are looking at highs near 70 on Tuesday and 80 on Wednesday. More rain is in the forecast for the area on Thursday and Friday.
