Western New York Veterans To Be Honored With Hero Boxes

One local Non-profit in Western New York is looking to honor those who have served our country this year again.

Senior Wishes is currently looking for nominations for their Hero Box program. They are looking for men and women who are 65 years old or older who served our country.

These heroes will be awarded a special personalized "Hero Box" filled with patriotic gifts that are tailored to that person's service, branch of military, and current campaign.

Nominate A Veteran For A Hero Box

If you know a veteran who deserves to be honored for their service, you can nominate them below. The deadline to nominate a veteran for a Hero Box is October 2nd.

Senior Wishes is also looking for sponsors for the "Hero Box" program. As a sponsor, you can make sure that there will be enough funds to make boxes for all the heroes who are nominated in Western New York.

Become A Sponsor For This Year's Hero Box Program

Sponsorships can be made on four different levels, from a title sponsor to individual boxes. Sponsorship levels range from $175 to $2500

On average, Senior Wishes makes and gives out around 150 Hero Boxes every year in Western New York.
