Rob Doesn’t Have A Dog To Dress Up, So He Dressed Up His Turtle For Halloween [PICTURES]

I was thinking how I wish I had a dog or a cat to sling in a hilarious costume, but I don't have one.

But, I DO HAVE A TURTLE, RABBIT AND HAMSTER! Unfortunately, the rabbit doesn't like being touched because she fell in our sump pump once and she's never been the same. My turtle, Kenny though is a true sport.
