The average price for a home in Sagaponack is $5 million dollars which put the town in 3rd place among the wealthiest zip codes in America.

Sagaponack trails Boston, where the medium cost of a home is $5.5 million dollars. The wealthiest zip code in America is 02199. That is Atherton, California where the medium cost of a home is just under $7.5 million dollars.

Sagaponack is considered the richest part of the "Hamptons" to live in and it was the wealthiest place to live in both 2018 and 2020. While the medium price of a home has risen from $4.7 to $5 million dollars since 2018, both Boston and Atherton have leaped from Sagaponack as the wealthiest places to live in America.

According to Zillow, there are currently 34 homes listed for sale in the 11962 zip code area with none of them listed below $1.495 million dollars. The highest-priced home listed for sale is priced at $49.5 million dollars.

It looks like you might have to start playing the Powerball or Mega Millions in order to live in one of the wealthiest's towns in America.
