It wasn't a stroke that caused a Los Angeles reporter to lapse into gibberish on the air Sunday following the Grammy Awards.  Doctors say KCBS reporter Serene Branson suffered a migraine with aura, causing her to mangle her words.  The neurological symptoms that accompany a migraine with aura include language problems, distorted vision and numbness.  Dr. Andrew Charles at UCLA tells CNN that Branson is completely back to normal.  He adds she's been cleared to return to work.
