With Thanksgiving break and Christmas break around the corner, parents across New York will have a chance to save some money when they go to entertain their kids.

Regal Cinemas has over 450 theaters across the country. 38 of those theaters are here in New York State.

"Family Ticket"

The new "Family Ticket" will be available to any group that is made up of two adults and two children under the age of 13, or one adult and three children under the age of 13. According to the policy, everyone in the group needs to buy a ticket to the same movie, and R-rated movies are not part of the program.

If there are more children in the group, you will have to pay for them separately.

The new "Family Ticket" pricing will be available when you buy tickets in person or while using the Regal website. You can redeem the special price by selecting "Family Ticket" as your ticket type before choosing seats.

There are several family movies that have already been released or are expected to be released over the holiday season. These movies include, "Trolls Band Together," "Wish," "Wonka" and "Migration."
