Real Life ‘Mario Kart’ Track Set To Open In Niagara Falls

The plans were announced about a year ago, and it looks like the wait is over -- the real life 'Mario Kart' style elevated track will open in Clifton Hill on June 1.

"The new track is not only the largest elevated go-cart track facility in North America but also the first of its kind in Canada," according to an article from the Daily Hive, describing the soon-to-open Niagara Speedway.

The article continues, "Drivers get to test their driving skills along the straightaway, negotiate the hairpin turns, and climb the elevated ramp as they head for the checkered flag.”
