Today is going to be a wet one across Western New York.

We are going to a major weather front move across the area and it will bring rain and possibly wet snow and sleet across Western New York.

It looks like the rain will get more abundant and more widespread as the day progresses.

The rain will be with us most of Thursday and then it will transition into snow by late Friday and into Saturday.

The good news is that it looks like the weather front will move out of Western New York by late Saturday so while it will be chilly on Sunday, there is a good chance of a mix of sun and clouds for the Buffalo Bills home playoff game against the Miami Dolphins.
