There are several Powerplay players waking up with some extra money in their pockets this morning after Wednesday's Powerball drawing.

Powerball Winners In New York State

There were several 4th and 5th place winning tickets sold in New York State from last night's Powerball drawing.

11 4th-place winning tickets matched four out of five numbers but missed the Powerball number and won $100 each. Two other 4th-place tickets had the Powerplay, so they won $200.

There were 59 5th-place winning tickets sold in New York State as well. Each one of those tickets matched three out of five numbers and had the Powerball. 49 of those tickets won $100, while 10 of those winning tickets had the Powerplay and won $500.

Did Anyone Win The Powerball Last Night?

There was no grand prize-winning ticket sold from Wednesday's Powerball drawing. There were three $1 million dollar winning tickets sold from last night's drawing. Those 2nd-place winning tickets were sold in Kansas, New Hampshire, and Texas.

Since no one won the grand prize last night, the jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing is now up to $163 million dollars.
