Thousands of New Yorkers were hoping for a late Christmas present of a couple of millions of dollars with Saturday's Powerball drawing. While there were no "Big Money" winning tickets sold in New York, there were still plenty of winners.
Powerball Winners In New York State
There were 38 4th-place winning tickets sold in New York State. Those tickets matched four out of five numbers but missed the Powerball number. 31 of those tickets won $100 each, while the other 7 tickets had the Powerplay and won $200 each.
There were 50 5th-place winning Powerball tickets sold in New York. Those tickets matched three out of five numbers and also had the Powerball number. 41 of those tickets won $100, while the other 9 had the Powerplay and won $200 each.

Here were the winning numbers from Saturday's Powerball drawing: 5-20-34-39-62 with a Powerball number of 01.
Did Any One Win The Powerball Drawing On Saturday?
There was no grand prize winner from last night's Powerball drawing. Since no one won the $21 million dollar jackpot, the grand prize for the next Powerball jackpot on Monday Night is now up to $33 million dollars.

The Powerball is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night. Tickets cost $2 each or $3 for a ticket with the Powerplay. The Powerplay increases the winning amount between 2x and 5x.
