The New York Stare lottery announced that were was one 2nd place $1 million dollar winning ticket sold in New York from last night's drawing.

That ticket matched all five numbers but missed the Powerball number. The 2nd place was sold in New York City at Diamond Bews on 2nd Ave.

There was also one 3rd place, $50,000 winning ticket sold in New York from last night's Powerball drawing. That ticket matched four out of five numbers and also had the Powerball number.

This was the third straight day that there was at least one "Big Money" winning ticket sold in New York from the Powerball or Mega Millions drawing.

Did Anyone Win The Grand Prize Jackpot From Last Night's Powerball?

There was no grand prize winner from last night's Powerball drawing. Since no one claimed the jackpot, the grand prize for Saturday's drawing is now up to $482 million dollars.

That jackpot would be the largest lottery jackpot ever won by a New York State resident if someone from the "Empire State" were to win on Saturday night.

The current record is $476 million dollars.
