Three "Big Money" Powerball Winners In New York State

Monday's Powerball drawing produced three 3rd-place winning tickets in New York State, including one ticket that won $150,000.

There were three 3rd-place winning Powerball tickets sold in New York State. Those tickets matched four out of five numbers and also had the Powerball number. Two of those tickets won $50,000 each, while the other one had the Powerplay, which tripled the winning prize amount to $150,000.

There were also 12 4th-place winning Powerball tickets sold in New York State. Those tickets matched four out of five numbers but missed the Powerball number. 10 of those tickets won $100 each, while the other two tickets had the Powerplay and won $300 each.

On top of those winners, there were also 33 5th-place winning tickets sold in New York State. Those tickets matched three out of five numbers and also had the Powerball number. 26 of those tickets won $100 each, while the other seven tickets ahd the Powerplay and won $300 each.

Did Anyone Win Last Night's Powerball Drawing?

There was no grand prize winner from last night's Powerball drawing. There was one 2nd-place winning ticket sold from Monday's drawing. That ticket was sold in Missouri and won $1 million dollars.

Since no one claimed the jackpot, the grand prize for the next Powerball drawing on Wednesday is now up to $100 million dollars.
