Thousands of New Yorkers were looking to hit it big with Wednesday's Powerball drawing. The good news is that there were plenty of winning tickets sold in the "Empire State" from last night's drawing.

While there were no "Big Money" winning tickets sold in New York from last night's Powerball drawing, there were still lots of winners.

There were 18 4th-place winning tickets sold in New York from Wednesday's Powerball drawing. Those tickets matched four out of five numbers but missed the Powerball number. 14 of those tickets won $100 while four of them had the Powerplay and won $200 each.

There were 45 5th-place winning tickets sold in New York. Those tickets matched three out of five numbers and also had the Powerball number. 39 of those tickets won $100, while 6 of those tickets had the Powerplay and won $200.

Did Anyone Win The Powerball Last Night?

There was no grand prize winner from Wednesday's Powerball drawing. That means the jackpot is now up to $80 for Saturday's drawing.

The Powerball is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night at 11 pm. Tickets are $2 each or $3 for a ticket with the Powerplay.
