Western New York Teachers Can Get Free Pencils

School will be in session before you know it, and one local law office wants to make sure area teachers have the supplies that they need. The Law Offices of William Mattar is bringing back its annual Pencils 4 Schools program.

Pencils 4 Schools Program Registration Now Open

Eligible teachers in Western New York can sign up for the program before Noon on July 29th, but space for the program is limited, and it is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Pencils 4 Schools program helps teachers with their supply budget by providing a fresh case of pencils for all students in their class.

How To Sign Up For The Pencils 4 Schools Program

If you are a teacher or know a teacher who wants to sign up for the program, you can go to William Mattar's website and sign up before July 29th. Eligible teachers who are selected to be part of the program will get one box of 250 pencils to use for their classroom this upcoming season.

Since the program began, more than 2.3 million pencils have been donated to teachers and students throughout New York State.

Help Stuff The Bus With School Supplies For Kids In Need

This summer, we are asking people across Western New York to help us "Stuff the Bus" with school supplies to benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western New York. You can make donations at several drop-off sites before August 21st.
