One person in New York is waking up this morning a millionaire.

The New York State Lottery announced that one person in New York beat the 1 in 12,607,306 odds and won the 2nd place prize of $1,000,000 dollars playing the Mega Millions on Tuesday night.

That ticket matched all five numbers but missed the Mega Ball to win the million dollars.

Tuesday's winning Mega Millions numbers were: 14-24-31-53-54 with a Mega Ball of 01.

The winning ticket was sold in New York City at Lucky Corner Store at 200 West 96th Street.

No one claimed the grand prize so the jackpot for Friday night's Mega Million drawing is now up to $94 million dollars.

Tuesday's million-dollar winning Mega Millions ticket was the first million-dollar or more winning Mega Millions tickets sold in New York State so far in 2025.
