The long three-day weekend will be a wet one for much of New York State. The massive Nor'easter moving up the coast will have an impact on the weather across the state, bringing much-needed rain. Most of New York State will see rain at some point over the next 3 days.

Weekend Weather In Western New York

The rain will be here on Saturday and will stay in the region for the whole weekend. We will see light rain on and off today and on Sunday. More rain is expected on Monday as well.

Weekend Weather In Central New York

Saturday will start off dry, but rain moves in this afternoon and will continue through Monday. There could up to 2 inches of rainfall in parts of the region by the end of Monday.

The good news is that after this Nor'easter moves out of the area, we should see slightly above average temperatures and sunshine for next week.
