New York State’s Cell phone Law Getting Tougher

The penalty for using a hand-held cell phone while you drive is about to get tougher.

Beginning tomorrow, February 16th New York State's cell phone law is changing. Violations will not only carry a fine of up to $100, but also a two-point penalty, as do other moving violations.
