New York State's tourism website ILOVENY.com put out a list of the best pizzerias across New York State and two local Western New York spots made the list.
Andriaccio’s
Located in Mayville in Chautauqua County, Andriaccio's has been serving amazing pizza and other Italian food since the founders' Guy and Antoinette Andriaccio bought an old gas station in 1982. Their most popular pizza is the Neapolitan Pizza made with spinach, mushrooms, sweet peppers, and three kinds of cheeses.
Bocce Club
Serving the traditional "Buffalo Style" pizza that features the signature cup and char pepperoni, that’s specially made to curl into little cups when cooked. Bocce Club has been around since 1946 and now has four locations across Western New York. They even offer nationwide delivery for Buffalonians who moved away but still want that Buffalo-style pizza. Bocce Club got its name from the original location that had bocce ball courts in the back of the restaurant.
