New York City Named Best City In America For Halloween

When it comes to celebrating Halloween, one city in New York State is heads and shoulders above any other city in the country.

According to a new study done by wallethub.com, New York City is the best city in America to celebrate Halloween.

Halloween is the 3rd most popular holiday in America and wallethub.com used 20 key metrics to rank all the cities in America to see which ones were the best for Halloween.

Some of those metrics included costume stores per capita to potential trick-or-treat stops. You can see all 20 metrics HERE.

At the top of the list was New York City with an overall score of 74.38. New York City was ranked #1 overall for Trick or Treat friendliness, #3 overall for Halloween fun, and #4 overall for Halloween Weather.

New York City was the only city in New York State to make it into the Top 20.
