A Winter weather advisory is still in place for parts of Western New York, including the City of Buffalo. The advisory is in place for Northern Erie, Niagara, and Orleans counties until 10 am. An additional 1-3 inches of snow is possible this morning in those areas with rain expected this afternoon.
