Police say people in the area should be vigilant, lock their doors, and contact local police if they see anything.
The FBI said in a statement that "Burham was arrested near United Drive and Halfway Creek Road in the Huger community near the Berkeley-Charleston county line. He nor any first responders were injured. Authorities credit an observant resident for spotting Burham near his residence in rural Berkeley County and calling 911. Responding teams used K-9s to track Burham."
He was recently moved to Warren County in June where he was arraigned on several different charges including three first-degree felonies; two counts of kidnapping and one of burglary.
If you have any information, you should contact your local police department.
