We've all seen movies about war that have left lasting images in our minds.  For some of us, that's as close as we'll come in a lifetime to experiencing the real horrors of combat.  I surveyed a few coworkers to find out which war movies stand out in their minds.

One of the most vivid movie scenes, I can recall, is the attack on Pearl Harbor in the movie of the same name. There are no words to describe this, and I'm certain even the movie didn't capture all of the emotions of the real life event.

Joe recalls the 1976 movie "Midway" detailing another World War II battle.

"Black Hawk Down" is at the top of Chuck's list of war movies he won't forget soon. The 2001 movie follows a group of elite soldiers into Somalia.

One of the most vivid images of war, comes from "Saving Private Ryan."

God Bless our U.S. Servicemen and Women all over the world.
