Feel Good Mornings With Dave Fields Mon-Fri 6am-10am
The 21-year-old daycare worker from the Queen City was eliminated during last night's episode when the talent was widdled down to the Top 12.
Wilson, who auditioned for the show because his wife encouraged him to do so, made it to the Top 20 this past Sunday but was one of 8 contestants who got eliminated on Monday's Show.
Also send home last night were:
Hannah Nicolaisen, 23 from Texas
Kaeyra, 21 from Illinois
Mariah Faith, 21 from South Carolina
Michael Williams, 21 from Ohio
Nailyah Serenity, 22 from North Carolina
Olivia Soli, 20 from California
Paige Anne, 16 from Idaho
Wilson didn't receive enough votes from America on Sunday night and was in the danger zone on Monday's Show. He ended up singing for a chance to make it into the Top 12. After his performance, he got some good reviews from the judges including Luke Bryan.

What is next for Matt? We will have to wait and see. Usually, the Top 10 American Idol contestants go on tour after the season. Since Matt didn't make it that far, we could see him do his own thing when it comes to his music.
Even though he didn't win, it was great to see such an amazing talent represent Buffalo on the National Stage and we are sure Matt will be doing amazing things around Western New York when he comes back home.
