New York’s “Big Money” Powerball Winning Streak Snapped

It was while it lasted but last night it all came to an end.

Over the past several Powerball drawings, someone from New York matched enough numbers to win a "Big Money" prize of at least $50,000 or more.

In fact, over the past several years, there have been a couple of million-dollar winning tickets sold in New York.

The winning streak ended with last night's Powerball Drawing.

No one claimed the grand prize jackpot and for the first time in a while, no one in New York won a "Big Money" prize.

Last night's Powerball numbers were: 9-25-27-53-66 with a Powerball number of 5

Since no one claimed the grand prize with the Powerball drawing last night, the jackpot is now up to an estimated $550 million dollars.

The next drawing is coming up on Wednesday.
