Feel Good Mornings With Dave Fields Mon-Fri 6am-10am
It snows here, chicken wings were invented here, and the people from Western New York love to bowl.
Now you can take your love for bowling and help out a great cause in Western New York.
The Junior Achievement Of Western New York's 37th Annual Bowl-A-Thon is coming up in March and May and they need you to sign up and bowl.
The bowl-a-thon is the non-profit's biggest fundraiser of the year.
The money raised during the bowl-a-thon is used to help fund programs all across Western New York.
These programs include lessons in financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship and are offered to school-age kids from kindergarten to 12th grade.
Volunteers from the community and business world are used to deliver these lessons across the area and help students connect with local businesses and leaders in the community.
The Junior Achievement of Western New York is always looking for people in the community to volunteer and become part of their program.
